Imagine, your highest pitched little girl scream..."AHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
We just so happen to be walking down the shoe isle in Target, when she spots them.
For the past two weeks, we have seen our share of pictures of red shoes, our share of cries at the mall...you know that cry that gets everyones attention...the one where everyone looks at you as if they never seen a crying 2 year old before...I think most of us can relate.
"G" has been on this patent-leather shoe kick lately. Is it just my kid or do all female toddlers dream of that day when little red patent-leather shoes will adorne their little fat brick feet?
So, yeah, we spotted the LAST pair, and in her size at target the other day...must have been some holiday leftovers. She hasn't taken them off yet, last night daddy found her asleep under her covers, still sporting her new reds.
You know what else I spotted when mommy walked in the door? Coach bags and wallets, though, it looked like "Purse Crew" had already attacked.
ETA: How can I forget to metion what's fresh on the needles! I'm so in love with Enid Cardigan from the recent Interweave. Seeing that I was having such a hard time finding all the exact colorways on a single site, I decided to go with Rowan Felted Tweed, using a friggin' 2.5mm needle...call me a crazy woman!!!
Not to worry though, I did finish the doily and is blocking as we speak.
Cute shoes.. I'm wondering if they come in my size though!

Love the shiny red shoes! Two-year-olds are great--my 2-year-old son is in a bracelet phase and never goes anywhere without his pearly bracelet.... I've been reading your blog and enjoy it immensely!

Oh, my little one wants a pair too, since she watched the Wizard of Oz.

Adorable little shoes. Slap a pair of 3.5" heels on those babies and I'd be wearin' em too.

My younger sister is 18 and she still squeals over patent red leather shoes!

I do indeed know that cry, and have received "the look" before LOL! I also know the shoes. Wal Mart had a similar pair, only with glitteries in them (not as pretty as the ones your little one scored!) My daughter wanted them so badly and I insisted they were hidious looking and we'd keep our eyes on the look for better looking red ones LOL.

I can SO relate. E. loves shoes. On average, she'll wear about 3 different pair in a day. Right now she's fixated on all things "princess." Its a cute stage.
